Connect Talyro to your CRM, Slack, or any tool you already use

Building and maintaining a "certified" integration for every CRM a customer might use is a multi-month project per app, and it's usually out of date the moment the CRM changes its own API. A webhook sidesteps that entirely: Talyro POSTs a JSON payload to a URL you provide the moment something happens, and whatever's listening on the other end decides what to do with it.

Two events fire today: lead.created, the moment a new lead is found and revealed (name, email, company, title, LinkedIn URL, campaign ID), and reply.classified, the moment a reply comes in and gets sorted into interested, a question, not interested, or a few other categories, with the AI's reasoning attached. Every request carries an X-Talyro-Signature header — an HMAC-SHA256 of the request body using a secret only you have — so whatever receives it can confirm the request genuinely came from Talyro before acting on it.

The simplest destination is Zapier's "Catch Hook" trigger: point Talyro's webhook URL at it once, and from there you can fan out into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, or any of the few thousand other apps Zapier connects to, no code involved. If your CRM already accepts incoming webhooks directly (several do, under a name like "inbound webhook" or "custom trigger" in their own settings), you can skip Zapier and point Talyro straight at that URL instead.

It's deliberately fire-and-forget on Talyro's side: if your endpoint is slow, down, or returns an error, that never blocks a lead from being created or a reply from being processed — it just gets logged and Talyro moves on. Set it up from Settings → CRM webhook (Business and Scale plans); the signing secret is generated the first time you save a URL.
