Getting started with Talyro

How the product actually works, start to finish. For pricing details, see pricing; for definitions of terms used here, see the glossary.

1. Connect your mailbox

Talyro sends from your own real mailbox, not a shared or vendor-hosted one. Connect Gmail or Outlook through OAuth in a couple of clicks, or connect any other provider over SMTP/IMAP with your own credentials.

New mailboxes start on automatic gradual warmup, ramping up daily sending volume over time instead of jumping straight to full capacity — this is on by default and needs no configuration.

2. Launch a campaign

Describe who you want to reach in one sentence — industry, company size, job titles, country, or any other qualifying detail. There's no filter wizard to configure; Talyro turns the description into search criteria itself.

Pick a sending schedule (a preset window like weekdays 9–5), optionally add a website-based qualifying condition so leads that don't match never spend a credit, and launch. Leads start arriving and sending begins automatically within your chosen window.

3. How credits work

Every plan runs on two costs: 2 credits to find and reveal a lead, 1 credit to send an email (first-touch or follow-up). There are no other line items.

If your balance runs out mid-campaign, leads already found stay in your list and nothing is lost — sending simply pauses until your plan renews or you top up.

4. Managing replies

Replies are detected automatically — in real time for Gmail/Outlook accounts connected over OAuth, or on the next scheduled check for other mailboxes — and matched to the right lead by email thread first, falling back to address matching.

Each reply is classified by intent and a draft response is prepared in your Replies tab. Talyro never sends a reply on its own; you review and approve every draft before it goes out.

5. Multiple mailboxes

Connect more than one mailbox to a company and Talyro rotates sends across all of them, raising your combined daily volume — each mailbox still warms up and is rate-limited independently.

Mailboxes can be moved between companies from Settings without reconnecting, and a mailbox with a failing connection is flagged there directly instead of silently missing replies.

6. Connecting your CRM

On Business and Scale plans, a signed webhook fires on every new lead and every classified reply. Point it at Zapier's Catch Hook trigger to reach thousands of apps, or straight at your CRM's own incoming webhook if it has one — see the full guide for setup details and the exact payload shape.
