Terms of Service
Effective September 7, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Talyro, operated by OpenWeb360 OÜ (registry code EE 17499268, tax number EE103005601), Estonia. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Talyro finds business leads matching criteria you describe and sends personalized outreach emails on your behalf through a mailbox you connect. Usage is billed on a credit basis: finding a lead and sending an email each consume credits from your balance, per your plan on the Pricing page.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be authorized to connect any mailbox you link to Talyro.
Credits & billing
- Subscription plans grant credits monthly; unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise on the Pricing page.
- Top-up credit packs, where offered, are added on top of your plan and don't expire with the billing cycle.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing going forward; changes won't apply retroactively to credits already granted.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Talyro to:
- Send content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, or infringing.
- Target leads in violation of applicable anti-spam or data protection law (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM) in your jurisdiction.
- Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
You are the sender of record for your campaigns and responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your own outreach, including honoring unsubscribe/opt-out requests you receive.
AI-generated content
Email drafts, replies, and lead-qualification checks are generated automatically using third-party AI models. While we tune this for quality, we don't guarantee the accuracy, tone, or outcome of any generated content — review your campaign settings before launching, since sends happen automatically on the schedule you configure.
Third-party services
Talyro relies on third-party providers (including Apollo.io, Unipile, ZeroBounce, Firecrawl, Anthropic, Stripe, and Supabase) to operate. We aren't liable for outages, inaccuracies, or changes originating from these providers, though we'll work to minimize impact when they occur.
Intellectual property
Talyro and its underlying software remain the property of OpenWeb360 OÜ. You retain ownership of the content and lead lists you provide or generate through the service.
Termination
You may stop using Talyro and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the acceptable use rules above.
Disclaimers
Talyro is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of lead data, email deliverability, or business outcomes from any campaign.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenWeb360 OÜ's total liability arising from your use of Talyro is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
