See exactly how many follow-ups have gone out, and who never replied

A campaign used to report one combined number for everything sent: first touches and follow-ups mixed together. That made it hard to tell, at a glance, whether a campaign was still finding its footing on first contact or well into its follow-up sequence.

The campaign page now breaks this out: a separate bar for the first email and for each follow-up step, showing how many have gone out against how many are actually queued for that step. Follow-ups only get queued a few days after the previous email sent with no reply, so this number grows over the campaign's life rather than being fixed up front.

Leads who get every email in the sequence (first touch plus every follow-up your plan allows) with no reply are now marked distinctly in your leads list instead of sitting indistinguishable from a lead still mid-sequence. Nothing more sends to them automatically once that happens.
