Filter your campaigns, and fix a stuck resume in one step

With more than a handful of campaigns running, scanning a flat list to find the paused ones, or the ones actually sending follow-ups right now, got tedious. The campaigns page now has filter pills right under the calendar: All, Active, Paused, and Sending follow-ups, each with a live count, switching instantly with no page reload.

Separately: if a campaign was launched with a fixed end date, got paused, and that date quietly passed while it sat idle, clicking Resume used to flip the campaign back to active in the interface while the sending schedule kept silently refusing to queue anything, with no explanation anywhere.

Resume now checks for exactly that case and asks for a new end date (or none, for an open-ended run) before reactivating, so a campaign coming back from a long pause actually starts sending again instead of looking active while doing nothing.
