One real detail beats a perfect template every time
Recipients skim. What stops the skim isn't polish, it's specificity — a recent hire, a new office, a product launch, something that couldn't have been copy-pasted into every other email sent that day.
That single fact, placed in the first sentence, does more work than three paragraphs of value proposition. It's the difference between "we help companies like yours grow" and a sentence that could only have been written about them.
Finding that fact for every single lead by hand doesn't scale past a dozen people a week. That's the actual problem worth automating — not the sending, the research.
