An optional line at the end of your emails, off by default
Tools built for people who visit them on purpose, like a booking page or a form, can show their own branding without much downside, since the person is already looking at that surface deliberately. A cold email is different: the recipient didn't choose to see it, and a "made with X" line at the bottom can read as "this was mass-sent," working against the whole point of a personal-sounding email.
Because of that, this is opt-in per campaign, off by default. If you turn it on, one plain-text line (no logo, no HTML) gets added to the end of every email in that campaign, first touch and follow-ups alike.
There's also a "send me a preview" option next to the toggle, so you can see exactly what your emails look like, signature or not, before a real lead ever gets one.
