A reply from a different address still finds its way back
Reply matching used to work by address alone: an incoming email counted as a reply only if it came from the exact address a campaign had emailed. Most of the time that's exactly right, but people don't always reply from the address that received the message, a shared team inbox, a personal address, an assistant replying on someone's behalf, and any of those would get silently missed.
Both reply-detection paths now check the email thread first: if the incoming message is a reply to a specific message Talyro sent (the same way any email client threads a conversation), it's matched to that lead directly, regardless of which address it came from. Address matching is still there as a fallback for anything outside a tracked thread.
The result is fewer genuine replies that never make it into your Replies tab, which matters most for exactly the leads worth following up with.
